Pasture Pride Cheese is located in Cashton, the heart of Wisconsin’s Amish community, near LaCrosse and the Coulee Region with its “Driftless” geography that is recognized world-wide as unglaciated topography filled with rolling hills and valleys—ideal dairy country.

We craft our cheese with milk from local Amish dairies - delivered to the factory in chilled milk cans - the old fashioned way, all Farmer Certified rBST-free of course. Featured cheese varieties are Wisconsin Cheddars - mild & sharp; Muenster, Colby, Pepper Jack, our unique Baked Cheese - Juusto™ and Natural Valley Artisan cheeses.

Kevin and Kim Everhart are the proud owners of Pasture Pride Cheese. Like many Wisconsin cheesemakers, Kevin grew up in the cheese business, living above his father’s cheese factory, and Tom Torkelson is a first generation Cheesemaker with a history in the Wisconsin dairy industry. . Both bring their expertise and passion for the art of cheesemaking to every batch of cheese they produce in the traditional Wisconsin way at K&K Cheese.
